lotus notes 8.5.3 loading......please wait Problem

Sometimes "rcp.data"
variable is pointing to a invalid location. Check this variable in rcplauncher.properties

1) Edit C:\Lotus\Notes\framework\rcp\rcplauncher.properties
2) Check variable value "rcp.data=${env.Homedrive}/Lotus/Notes/workspace/"

3) Check environment variable HOMEDRIVE.
